In March, I'm working with 10 founders to fix the job they never applied for. You started this business because you were exceptional at something. Strategy. Coaching. Design. Whatever. You were so good people started paying you. Then more people paid you. Then you had employees. Congratulations. You played yourself. Because now you spend 80% of your time doing everything EXCEPT the thing you're world-class at.
• Chasing invoices at 9 PM
• Writing job posts for the third time this quarter
• Personally onboarding every client because "nobody does it like you"
• Closing every deal yourself because your last salesperson couldn't figure it out
• Answering the same questions over and over because your team won't make a decision without you
You're not building a business. You're building a dependency.
Every system runs through you.
Every decision waits for you.
Every quality check needs you.
Your team doesn't lack capability. They lack permission and clarity.
So they ask. Every time.
And you answer. Every time.
And the dependency deepens.

Where your team makes decisions without you. Where things that used to come back to you... just stop coming back. Where the business has real equity value because it doesn't need you to survive.
We do it by building 6 systems

What This Actually Looks Like

Agency Founder, $2.6M revenue
Took 2 weeks off in Costa Rica. Checked Slack twice out of curiosity. Came back to $143K in new revenue. Zero fires. 23 decisions per week that used to come to her now handled by team. Margin from 18% to 24%. $156K to bottom line.
"A Friday where I didn't check Slack once. I can't remember the last time that happened."
IT Services, $4.2M revenue
Now works 4 days a week. Business runs the 5th without him. Team catches bottlenecks before they become problems. Revenue up 22%. Team NPS from 6.2 to 8.7.
"I used to be the person who fixed everything. Now I'm the person who knows everything's being fixed. That's a completely different job."
Recruitment CEO, $7.1M revenue
Restructured without a single hire. Dashboard made capacity visible.
Margin from 22% to 30%. $568K to bottom line. Attrition from 34% to 11%.
She didn't need new people. She needed clarity on what was actually happening.
The Investment

And if you go on to join the Sovereign Founder Program afterwards, the Accelerator fee comes off your first two months.
You don't start over you pick up where you left off. The Accelerator becomes your onboarding.
Think of it this way:
If this buys back just 8 hours per week (it usually buys back more), that's 416 hours per year. What's an hour of your time worth to the business? What's it worth to your family? If this adds even $500K+ to your enterprise value by solving the clarity constraint, what's the ROI on $12,000? This isn't an expense. It's an investment in equity value. You're building a business that could be sold whether you sell it or not.

• at least one decision that stopped coming to you,
• at least 2 hours bought back from the Time Buyback Matrix,
• at least one "aha moment" from seeing your Sovereign Map
tell me. Full refund. No questions. I've never had to. But it stands.
Because if solving the clarity constraint doesn't create immediate relief in two weeks, it's not going to work in six. You'll know fast. And if it's not working, you shouldn't pay for it. You're not betting six weeks. You're betting two. And if it's not working by then, you're out with zero risk and zero hassle.
Is This for You?

Run a $1M–$9M+ B2B service business (consulting, engineering, coaching) with a team already in place
Feel like the business has gotten heavier as you've grown, not lighter
Can't take two weeks off without everything falling apart
Know your constraint is lack of clarity, your team doesn't know who owns what or how the business actually works
Tried hiring, tried delegating, tried frameworks like EOS nothing stuck
Want someone who installs, not just advises
Can give half a day per week and will actually show up and do the work
Ready to stop being the bottleneck in your own business
It's probably not for you if...
Under $1M and you're still finding your first clients (you need demand generation first, not operations)
You want marketing or sales help this is about solving the clarity and systems constraints
You want a course you can "do when you have time" (this requires showing up)
You're looking for quick hacks, productivity tips, or mindset coaching
You're not ready to let go of some control (this only works if you're willing to trust structure)
This is for Sovereign Founders, founders who've built something real and are ready to solve the constraints that keep them trapped so they can scale without becoming more trapped.
10 Spots. That's It.

I only run this twice a year. Ten spots per cohort.
That's 20 founders total annually. I keep it small because the work is custom, I'm in your business with you and your team, not teaching a webinar to 100 people.
How to get one:
Don't send me money yet.
DM me with "I'm In" [click here: Anthony Manly | LinkedIn]
I'll send a short application, 2 minutes, 7 questions so we can make sure it's the right fit
Quick 15-minute call to confirm fit, then we get you set up and book your Game Plan session
First come, first served. When the 10 spots are gone, they're gone.
Talk soon,
Anthony
P.S. When you say "I'm In," I'll send you:
The Stability Diagnostic - A short self-assessment that shows you exactly where you're stuck
The Dependency Audit - Shows where you're building dependency vs. systems. These aren't lead magnets. They're actual diagnostic tools. Yours just for saying yes.

Same. Here's the difference.
Most programs hand you a framework and leave you to figure out how it fits your business. This is six weeks of me sitting inside your actual business with you building the specific version that works for your team, your clients, your delivery. There's nothing to adapt afterwards because it's already adapted.
I know. That's the whole problem.
Busy without structure is how you stay in the middle of everything.
Two hours a week for six weeks is what it takes to change that.
The alternative is another six months exactly as they are now.
You'll know by the end of Week 2.
That's when the Role Clarity Map™ is done.
If it hasn't already changed at least one real conversation in your business one decision that stopped coming to you, one thing your team handled without asking tell me and I'll refund everything. No questions.
We're not fixing everything in six weeks.
We're installing the foundation.
Ownership clarity, a working scorecard, your core value flow.
Those three things, done properly, change how the business feels to run fast. The rest gets built on top. But you need the foundation before anything else makes sense, and six weeks is enough to get it in.
You could.
But you haven't.
Not because you're not capable because it's almost impossible to see your own business clearly enough to fix the structure from inside it. That's not a dig. It's just true. An outside perspective, plus someone who's done this before, cuts the time in half and avoids the wrong turns.
Think of it this way:
The Sprint = the foundation. Six weeks. Three things installed. You stop firefighting. The Program = the full build. 12–24 months. People, Process, Performance. The business runs, grows, and profits without you at the centre of it. You need the foundation before you build the house. Most Sprint founders go on to the Programme. Some don't and that's fine too. Six weeks of real change is still six weeks of real change.
