We build your Founder's Dashboard™: 2-3 key numbers across each of 7-9 areas. Each number has an owner. Each feeds from a Growth Scorecard™ your team maintains. You check it Monday morning and know exactly where you stand. The system becomes the source of truth. Not you.

WEEK 6 The Playbook Map™

Now we map the Details the lowest-level interactions for each step in your customer journey. This shows us which steps need playbooks and which don't. We create the playbook template and framework your team will use to document any process Then we identify the 3-5 most critical playbooks to build first the ones that are most dependent on you, cause the biggest bottlenecks, or new team members need most.

Your team knows how to build playbooks, which ones to build first, and who owns each one. Your expertise starts becoming intellectual property one playbook at a time.

A few questions I get asked a lot

"I've tried things like this before and they didn't stick."

Same. Here's the difference.

Most programs hand you a framework and leave you to figure out how it fits your business. This is six weeks of me sitting inside your actual business with you building the specific version that works for your team, your clients, your delivery. There's nothing to adapt afterwards because it's already adapted.

"I'm too busy right now."

I know. That's the whole problem.
